Job Description Summary:

Responsible for the bakery program and Garde Manger Department. To creatively and energetically ensure beautiful and superior quality baked goods, appetizers, and salads. Ensures that all pastry and cold food preparation, and plate presentation are to established specifications. Directly responsible for the entire kitchen operation in Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine’s absence.

Job Description:

Responsible for organization and cleanliness of pastry preparation and pantry areas as to maintaining established par stocks, prep levels, efficient production, appearance, and health code standards. Ensure that all food preparation supplies are properly ordered, received, handled, and stored.
