We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to join us as a Purchasing Receiver. This role requires someone who is friendly, professional, eager to learn, and committed to supporting both guests and team members.
The Purchasing Receiver is responsible for receiving, verifying, and organizing all incoming goods for Food & Beverage and other resort departments. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and exceptional internal service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods from vendors.
- Unpack products and store items in correct warehouse locations.
- Organize and maintain invoices for all incoming shipments and F&B outlets.
- Handle chemicals and other materials safely when stocking and delivering supplies.
- Keep storeroom shelves organized and properly labeled.
- Support the Distribution Center by answering phones and assisting department managers.
- Report safety hazards or suspicious activity to Security.
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures.
- Attend required department and resort meetings.
What are we looking for?
- Hospitality or purchasing experience preferred.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and associates.
- Able to regularly lift and carry 50–75 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs., including up and down stairs.
- Able to work in inclement weather.
Compensation:
$19.00-
